1.Publisher of the website

This website is published by the International Luta Livre Federation (the "ILLF", the "Federation", "we" or "us"), the international governing body for Luta Livre. The Federation affiliates clubs, certifies coaches, licenses athletes, recognises belt grades and organises competitions.

The federation portal (member, club, regional coach and administration areas) and the event-day competition console are part of the same service and are covered by this notice.

2.Hosting and technical operation

The website and the federation portal are hosted by Vercel, on infrastructure served from the European Union. The database is operated by Neon, files and documents are stored on Cloudflare R2, and the live competition relay used on event days runs on a managed European server.

Every provider involved in operating this website is bound by a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, processes data only on our documented instructions, and is subject to appropriate safeguards for any transfer outside the European Economic Area.

3.Intellectual property

The ILLF name, its logo and emblems, the graphic design of this website, its editorial content, its photographs, its videos, its databases and the software that powers it are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the Federation or of its licensors.

You may consult and print pages of this website for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, re-use or distribution, in whole or in part and on any medium, requires our prior written authorisation.

Club names and logos displayed on the club directory remain the property of the clubs concerned and are shown with their agreement, for the purpose of identifying them as affiliated members. Any other trademark mentioned on this website belongs to its respective owner.

4.Photographs and event media

Photographs and videos are produced at competitions and other events organised or endorsed by the Federation. Athletes, coaches and officials taking part may appear in them, and these images may be used to report on the event and to promote the discipline.

Competition galleries are private: they are only accessible to licensed members, from within their portal, and are not indexed by search engines.

If you appear in an image and wish to object to its use, or to request that it be removed, write to contact@lutalivrefederation.com describing the image concerned. We deal with such requests without undue delay.

5.Links to other websites

This website may link to third-party websites — club websites, event organisers, partners or social networks. Those websites are outside our control. Linking to them does not imply that we endorse their content, and we are not responsible for it.

You may link to our home page freely. Links that present the Federation in a misleading way, or that frame our content inside another website, are not permitted.

6.Availability of the service

We work to keep this website and the federation portal available and accurate at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, incidents affecting a provider, or circumstances beyond our control may interrupt or degrade the service.

Information published on the public pages — event dates, prices, club listings, results — is given for information purposes and may be corrected at any time. Only the data recorded in a member's portal, and the documents issued by the Federation, are authoritative.

7.Reporting content

If you believe that content published on this website is unlawful, infringes your rights or is factually wrong, write to contact@lutalivrefederation.com with a description of the content, its location on the website and the reason for your request. We will examine it and act as required.

8.Applicable law

This website, and the present notice, are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions in force in your country of residence if you reside in the European Union.
